Description

The ArchVis template's default lux setting for the scenes directional light causes improper rendering on newly created materials and 3D widgets set to Unlit. 

Project attached with material made, simply adjust the lux for the directional light to reproduce the issue.  

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create an ArchiVis project without ray tracing enabled
  2. Create a new material with  "Shading Mode" Unlit 
  3. Apply the materials inside of the project 
  4. Scale down the Sunsky's DirectionalLight component to 150 lux

Result: Before scaling down the directional light, the created material does not render correctly. (usually appears black/dark grey) 

Expected: The default setting for the lighting to allow created materials to render correctly.
