Description

When moving a Planar Reflection Actor's transform location to (X:5000, Y:5000, Z:0)  The Planar Reflection Actor does not pivot at center when using ALT+LMB Drag in the viewport.  

Note: Moving translation to (0,0,0) properly rotates the actor from the center.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new blueprint project in UE.4.24.
  2. Enable Global Pane Settings in Project settings.
  3. From the Modes panel, drag in a Planar Reflection Actor.
  4. Select the Planar Reflection Actor, ALT+LMB and drag with the mouse on the viewport to pivot the Planar Reflection Actor.
  5. Notice how this pivots in center.
  6. Move Planar Reflection Actor's Transform to  X,Y,Z (5000,5000,0).
  7. Select the Planar Reflection Actor, Alt+ LMB  and Drag  mouse on the viewport to pivot the Planar Reflection Actor.

 

Result: Pivot does not pivot from center

Expected: Pivot to pivot from Center.
