UParticleSystemComponent :: CanConsiderInvisible ()

Particles determined to be invisible by MaxSecondsBeforeInactive seem to be activated only when the camera moves back.
Is this correct behavior?

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open testest.umap
2.PIE
3. Move camera forward → particles are not activated
4. Move the camera backward → particles are activated
