Description

Binding overrides don't work for camera actor tracking. This may affect attach tracks as well.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new sequence
  2. Add a cine camera to the sequence
  3. Add an empty actor to the sequence
  4. Add a tag to the empty actor named "ActorToTrack"
  5. On the camera, track Look at Track Settings > LookAt > Actor to Track
  6. Set the binding to the empty actor
  7. On the camera, track Look at Track Settings > LookAt > Enable Look at Tracking
  8. In the level blueprint on begin play call Set Binding by Tag on the level sequence, Use "ActorToTrack" as the tag, and use the player pawn as the actor
  9. After calling Set Binding By Tag call Play on the sequence
  10. PIE

RESULT

The camera in the sequence will not track the pawn, and instead track the original empty actor.
