Cloth sim can't currently be blended on/off in sequencer.


Steps to Reproduce
  1. Load a map with a sequence that contains a SkeletalMeshComponent.
  2. Open the Sequencer.
  3. Add a new track for the SkeletalMeshComponent.
  4. Add the ClothBlendWeight parameter from the SkeletalMeshComponent track.
