Foliage generated by Landscape Grass Type do not encounter this issue. Only hand painted foliage with foliage tool is not affected by rebased origin. Foliage vibrates when it is located in long distance because of issues with float precision.

This issue is only apparent in project with large World Composition setups. This does not reproduce with smaller setups in 4.24 or 4.25.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the repro project here: [Link Removed]
  2. Open the downloaded project and play in Editor

Results: The location of InstancedFoliageActor is not changed even after origin rebase.
This results in foliage "vibrating" when it is located longer than 1000km.

Expected: InstancedFoliageActor should affected by origin rebase function.
