Delete an SKM asset

Import the original fbx so that a new SKM asset is made in the exact same location in the content browser

Apply some metadata tags or confirm that the asset imported with fbx metadata

Confirm that the metadata is there Asset Actions->Show Metadata

Restart the editor

Try to Show Metadata on the asset: Asset Actions->Show Metadata. It will not be there.

Steps to Reproduce

Import a FBX Skeletal mesh
//UE4/Main/Sandbox/QASourceAssets/Meshes/SK_Materials/FBX_2013/SK_BaseColorTexture_2013.fbx
Make sure there is metadata on the created skeletal mesh in the content browser
Right-click on the skeletal mesh, Asset Actions->Show Metadata
In the content browser, delete the skeleton mesh
Re-import the skeletal mesh
Make sure there is metadata on the created skeletal mesh in the content browser
Close the editor. Save if asked.
Re-open the editor and the project
Check for the metadata on the skeleton mesh.

Current result in 4.25.1
There is no metadata. The Show Metadata option is grayed out.
