Description

If the node "Set Input Mode Game and UI" is used and the player clicks off of the widget that is focused the mouse disappears (expected), however if the player moves the cursor (now invisible) over a button it fires off the hover state of a button (not expected).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Third person project in the Editor
  2. Create a new Widget blueprint
Right click content broswer > User interface > Widget blueprint
  3. Open Widget blueprint
  4. Add a button via the Designer tab
  5. Resize the button to be large (So that it's easier to click when the cursor is invisible)
  6. Compile and Save
  7. Open Character Blueprint
  8. Create the blueprint in the attached image
  9. Compile and Save
  10. Click Play
  11. Click some where not the widget (Cursor should disappear)
  12. Move the Cursor (Now invisible) over the button on the widget
  13. Notice the button is now showing it's hovered state
