Description

The hashing on the start and end time marker does not always follow the marker when it's moved which is misleading and can lead to confusion about the actual start and end times.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create two new sequences
  2. Add one sequence as a subscene of the other
  3. Double click on the subscene section to open the subscene
  4. Notice the start and end markers have hashing where the parent sequence did not
  5. Scrub to before the start of the subscene
  6. Move the start time by dragging the green marker in the timeline

RESULT

The line marker moves, but the hashing stays in the same spot.
