Steps to Reproduce

For a quick repro

Open Digital Human project in 4.26
With one point light in the level, place a point light behind the character model
With the point light selected, disable Cast Shadows in the Details
Result: Hair on head glows
Expected: Hair wouldn't glow with shadows disabled.
