Steps to Reproduce

For a quick repro

  1. Open Digital Human project in 4.26
  2. With one point light in the level, place a point light behind the character model
  3. With the point light selected, disable Cast Shadows in the Details
    Result: Hair on head glows
    Expected: Hair wouldn't glow with shadows disabled.
