RVT Material Preview incorrect in Landscape paint target layers

Steps to Reproduce

There's a provided repro project: TestingProject (submitted by a licensee on UDN).

  • Open map: Content > Landscape > NewMap.
  • Go to Landscape paint mode.
  • Target layers will show two layers each with identical Material previews.
