DID NOT OCCUR IN BP FPS PROJECT - might be ContentExamples specific

This issue does not occur when forward shading is disabled.

Viewport error reads:

 TOO MANY OVERLAPPING SHADOWED MOVABLE LIGHTS, SHADOW CASTING DIABLED: SpotLight5

Additionally, entering in the following console command restores the image to normal

r.msaacount 1

Entering in different values such as 2, 4, 8 with the above console command results in the black viewport with artifacting/corruption (see screenshot)

This is not a regression as the same issue is hit in 4.25.4

An ensure also occurs as mentioned by [Link Removed]

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open ContentExamples.uproject
  2. Enable Forward Shading
  3. Restart Editor
  4. Change Anti-Aliasing to MSAA

Result: Black viewport with artifacting when PIE

Expected: Viewport renders as expected
