LandscapeComponent LodBias doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Landscape in a level
  2. Change to wirframe rendering
  3. Select a LandscapeComponent and set the LodBias to a number greater than 1

The LandscapeComponent LodBias doesn't work.
