Regular static meshes work expectedly with Force Volumetric however instanced static meshes do not.

Steps to Reproduce

Inside the provided sample project, VLMFoliageBug.

  1. Open the map, VLMFoliageTest
  2. There are lightmaps for the foliage under World Settings > Lightmaps.
  3. There are instanced foliage actors listed in Statistics > Lighting Build Info that have had their lightmap baked.
