The SetConstraintBindingID of the ConstraintSection on the Sequencer is the BlueprintPure function.
The licensee is trying to parent and child objects on the Sequencer using sequencer scripting, and seems to want to be able to set it from Blueprint in that case.
1.Create the following Sequencer Scripting BP.

2. In that case, SetConstraintBindingID is BlueprintPure, so it will not work.
