Description

It seems that the Activate Reverb Effect node is no longer functioning when put behind a Delay node. In the test project, there is an empty actor with a Event Begin Play connected to a Delay node which is connected to the Activate Reverb Effect node. When the Delay node is connected, the reverb effect never activates, but when you delete the delay node the reverb effect works correctly. 

I tested this in //UE4/Release-4.25 @ CL 14469661 and the reverb effect would activate after the delay node, so this is a Regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the project here: [Link Removed]
  2. Play In Editor
  3. Shoot the gun for 6 seconds

RESULT:

The gun sound effect doesn't have a reverb effect added after 4 seconds

EXPECTED:

The gun sound effect would have a reverb effect added after the delay is over
