Enable VisibilityCollision on ES31 preview and restart editor, it crashed.

Enable VisibilityCollision on ES31 preview and restart editor, it crashed.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a landscape in a level, saved as default map.
  2. Switch to mobile preview.
  3. Toggle VisibilityCollision.
  4. Save and restart editor.
