Running the MergeActors proxy tool on an actor that has an HISMC and both its scale and rotation changed will output a proxy incorrectly.
This can also be observed in the SampleMap of the provided repro project attached. Removing any rotation to BP_SampleBlueprint and running the proxy tool on it will output the correct result. Running the proxy tool on BP_SampleBlueprint while it has rotation and scaling applied to it will output an incorrect result as seen in the attached images (Original and Proxy).
