The font inside of the Text box does not update when changed until the user selects another tab

If the user drops a text box into the designer tab and changes the font size (after adding text first) the font size does not update right away. Instead the font size will only update if the user clicks on the graph tab and then back to the designer tab.

1. Open a blank project
2. Create a Widget blueprint
   Right click content browser > User Interface > Widget blueprint
3. Open widget blueprint
4. Drag and drop a textbox widget into the designer tab
5. Add text to the Text box
   Details panel > Content > Text > type "Text"
6. Change the font size via the slider
   Details panel > Content > Appearance > Font > set to a large number for obvious effect
7. Notice the textbox does not update right away
8. Click the Graph tab
9. Click the Designer tab
10. Notice the textbox is now updated
