Description

When changing the tick interval of the sequence, frame values stored on structs are not converted.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Add a skeletal mesh to a level sequence
  2. Add an animation to the mesh
  3. Right click on the animation section and change its First Loop Strat Frame Offset to something small like 5
  4. In the FPS menu open the advanced options and select a different tick interval
  5. Check the First Loop Start Frame offset

RESULT:

The animation's start will change and so will the start frame offset's value. It looks like these values are not being converted along with the rest of the times in the sequence.
