Description

From my testing, it appears that Shift+F is not detected by the editor. If you map the input action to either F or Ctrl+F, they both work correctly, so it seems specific to the Shift+F keyboard combination.

Tested in //UE4/Release-4.26 @ CL 15973114 and this did not occur, so marking as a Regression

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a Third Person template project
  2. Select Edit > Project Settings
  3. Navigate to the Input section
  4. Create two action inputs: One for F with the Shift tickbox checked and one for V with the Shift tickbox checked
  5. Open the ThirdPersonCharacter Blueprint
  6. In the Event graph create an input action event node for the Shift F and Shift V actions you created
  7. Connect a Print String node to both event nodes saying ShiftF and ShiftV respectively
  8. Play the level and press Shift F and Shift V

RESULT:

Shift V prints out it's text correctly, but nothing happens for Shift F

EXPECTED:

Both Shift V and Shift F would print out their values when pressed
