Play as Client in Editor doesn't work when Play in VR

Play as Client in Editor doesn't work when Play in VR

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new VR Template
  2. Set PIE Net Mode to Play as Client
  3. Hit Play in VR

Notice how there's no HMD orientation applied
