Android Vulkan Preview is black when Play in VR

Android Vulkan Preview is black when Play in VR

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new VR Template
  2. Set Preview Rendering Level to Android Vulkan
  3. Click Play in VR

The Preview window as well as both of the displays in the HMD is completely black.
