The Bink Media plugin does not exist in 4.26, so not a Regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project
  2. Select Edit > Plugins
  3. Enable the Bink Media plugin
  4. Restart the editor
  5. Package the project
  6. Run the packaged executable
  7. Exit out of the executable

RESULT:
