Description

Retriggering a sound using an Audio Bus as a sidechain on a Dynamics processor seems to not uses the sidechain. The sidechain will start working again if it's reset on the Dynamics Processor effect in the editor. See attached video

Steps to Reproduce

1) Launch Audio QA
2) Open the AQ_AudioBus map
3) Enter the Audio Bus SideChain test box
4) A sine tone that is pulsing plays (the side chain is the counting sfx asset, so it sounds like it pulses every second)
5) Exit the test bus
6) Reenter the test box

Expected Result:
 The audio plays with the sidechain compressor as it did the first time the box was entered

Actual Result:
 A sine tone plays without any effect from the sidechain
