This doesn't seem to occur every time I run the editor, I can't get it to repro consistently

 

Note: It is possible that this is happening in blueprints based off of a native c++ class has been reloaded with Live Coding. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a C++ class based off of actor:

UCLASS()
class QAGAME_API AFooActor : public AActor
{
	GENERATED_BODY()
	
public:	
	// Sets default values for this actor's properties
	AFooActor();

	UFUNCTION(BlueprintImplementableEvent, BlueprintCallable)
	void Selected_Correct(bool bSelected, TSubclassOf<AFooActor> BlueprintAsset);
};

2. Make a BP based on FooActor
3. Add the Selected Correct event to the graph

Result: REINST classes are available in the class filter!
Expected: RESINT_SKEL classes do not show up
