Replays start playing before the player finishes loading into the level.
From the player's point of view the replay starts playing 3 seconds into the replay instead of playing at 0 seconds.

The player is able to scrub back to the very start of the replay at 0 seconds but that is after the replay has already started playing.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open ShooterGame into the Unreal Editor
  2. Play In Editor
  3. Press ~ and enter the "demorec shooter" console command
  4. Play the game for a little bit
  5. Press ~ and enter the "demostop" console command
  6. Press ~ and enter the "demoplay shooter" console command

The replay starts playback before the player loads into the level.
This causes the replay to start 3 seconds into the replay.
