Base Pass Shader results are not showing, or showing up incorrectly when looking at the Stats results within the material editor of an Unreal Editor using Vulkan.

Actual Results:
Base Pass Shader results are absent in 4.27
Base Pass Shader results are incorrect in 5.0ea
Expected Results:
Base Pass Shader results appears and list the correct number of instructions.
