Base Pass Shader results are not showing, or showing up incorrectly when looking at the Stats results within the material editor of an Unreal Editor using Vulkan.

Regression Tested: //UE4/Release-4.26 CL15673114

  • Base Pass Shader results appeared, but were 0.

//UE4/Release-4.27 CL18105465

  • Base Pass Shader absent.

//UE5/Release-5.0-EarlyAccess CL16682836

  • Base Pass Shader results appeared after toggling stats off and back on, but were 0.

//UE5/Release-5.0 CL 18188259

  • Base Pass Shader absent.

This was reported by end user to Live QA.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch Unreal Editor with the flag -vulkan
  2. Open any project or create a Blueprint Third-Person Template
  3. Open any material
  4. Enable Stats from the Toolbar
  5. Observe the Stats Log

Actual Results:
Base Pass Shader results are absent in 4.27
Base Pass Shader results are incorrect in 5.0ea

Expected Results:
Base Pass Shader results appears and list the correct number of instructions.
