Sample Rate changes from imported sample rate after playing preview for imported audio asset. Tested this on Windows and it did NOT occur there.

Repro Rate: 3/3

Tested this in //UE4/Release-4.27 @ CL#18319896 and the issue did NOT occur there, it is a regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Sync AudioQA (Located in /Sandbox/Audio)
  2. Sync funky_groove_stereo_WAV_16.wav asset (Located in /Sandbox/QASourceAssets/Audio/Wav)
  3. Open AudioQA with the Unreal Engine
  4. Click the Import button in the Content Browser
  5. Import the funky_Groove_stereo_WAV_16.wav asset.
  6. Hover over the asset in the content browser and click the Play icon.
  7. Open the asset and scroll down to info section
  8. Observe the value of Sample Rate

Results: Sample Rate is set to 48000 instead of the imported value, 44100.
Expected: Sample Rate is set to 44100 and matches that of the imported Sample Rate.
