"Distance Field Resolution Scale" in Build Settings is set to 0 by importing assets via "Import into a level". That causes not to genarate any distance field meshes of all assets imported via "Import into a level".
("Distance Field Resolution Scale" in Import Setting is set to 1 correctlly.)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached fbx file
  2. Import the file via "Import into a level" in File menu
  3. Open the imported "SM_Couch" static mesh.
  4. You can see "Distance Field Resolution Scale" is 0 but "Distance Field Resolution Scale" in Import Setting is 1.
