D3D12 needs to check the flag D3D12_FEATURE_DATA_D3D12_OPTIONS6::AdditionalShadingRatesSupported and filter out VRS modes that aren't supported. This flag should be put into something like "GRHISupportsLargerVariableRateShadingSizes" and the material VRS modes should be filtered based on that.
Using a machine with a AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT (TODO: determine other cards with lower VRS support)
Enable VRS on a material and enable VRS in the project settings.
