Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create/open a world that does not have World Partition enabled
  2. Add navmesh bounds to world
  3. Build paths
  4. Enable Is World Partitioned on the recast navmesh object
  5. PIE

Result: There is no navmesh in the level

Expected Result: Navmesh is either loaded or a warning is displayed about having a WP navmesh in a non-WP map
