When a Cube of StaticMeshActor is placed, it is generated without any problem.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to "File > New Level" and select "Open World" to create.

2. Select "Actor" from "Place Actor" and place it. (Coordinates are X: 5000, Y: 5000)

3.Select the placed actor, go to "+Add" and select "Cube" to add a StaticMeshComponent.

4. Save the level.

5. Build the HLOD by selecting "Build > Build HLODs".
