Steps to Reproduce
  1. Load attached sample project
  2. Load all sublevels
  3. Select 'BP_StaticMesh4" in Outliner
  4. Select 'DebugWorldOriginHelper' Component in Detail panel
  5. Click 'set World Origin to 1000X 10000Y' in Detail panel
  6. Uncheck 'Enable World origin rebasing"' in World Settings
  7. Hide / Unhide SubLevels 
  8. repeat Ctrl+Z multiple times
  9. repeat Ctrl+Y multiple times
