LOD ScreenSize per platform is not reflected in the mobile preview

Description

in 5.0 or 5.1, MinimumLOD  per platform can be previewed in the mobile ES3.1 preview mode, but It seems that the LOD ScreenSize per platform is not reflected in the mobile preview.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. create Third person template project
  2. open SKM_Manny file in skeletal mesh editor  
  3. change LOD ScreenSize for Android Platform
  4. change MinimumLOD for Android Platform
  5. close skeletal mesh editor
  6. change viewport setting to android mobile preview
  7. check if LOD ScreenSize and MinimumLOD using "a.VisualizeLODs​ 1"

Test Result : MinimumLOD  is work as expected
                    LOD ScreenSize is not shown properly in mobile preview
