Steps to Reproduce
  1. Add skeletal mesh to take recorder
  2. Add a valid timecode source using a media profile
  3. Set recording clock source to "Timecode"
  4. Set "Start at Current Timecode" to false
  5. Start recording

Engine will hang for a number of minutes or crash

 

If the editor doesn't crash recording will start but then saving will either take a number of minutes or crash (depending how far from zero the current timecode is)
