Toggle Folder Visibility Inconsistent in Scene Outliner With Search

In the scene outliner, if you add a folder with one visible actor in it, and filter out some of the actors, users are unable to toggle the visibility of the folder anymore, or they are only able to toggle the visible actors.

• Create a folder with some actors in the scene outliner
• Use the search box to enter a query that includes the folder, and only some or none of the subactors
• Click the "eye" visibility toggle option, and notice it only toggles the visibility of some of the subactors in the folder
