The expected result is that the Used with Nanite flag is enabled when Nanite is enabled in Nanite Tools.
Currently, opening Nanite Tools enabled the flag even for non-Nanite meshes.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a material with the Used with Nanite flag disabled

  2. Set Material to non-nanite mesh.

  3. Open NaniteTools. Then the Used with Nanite flag will be enabled.
