This is not an issue in Release-5.2.
Install Renderdoc latest (v1.29 currently)
Open FN Editor with -attachrenderdoc command line
Go to "Helios_Terrain" level.
Go to the editor camera view and select MinimapCaptureCamera
Hit the Renderdoc capture button in the top right corner.
Crash should occur:

Error opening capture
---------------------------
Failed to open '2023.11.13-15.10.28_capture_2.rdc' for replay
Replaying the capture failed at the API level: Failed creating descriptor heap, HRESULT: E_INVALIDARG
More debugging information may be available by enabling API validation on replay
