Recentering on Meta Quest doesn't work

This is a serious issue as it's causing applications to fail certification on the Meta Quest store

1. Create a new VR Template
2. Launch On Meta Quest
3. Move physically relative to where you were when you started the application
4. Hold down the system menu button (right controller)

Expected:

The user is recentered and their perspective moved to where they were when they started the application

Results:

Nothing happens
