Steps to Reproduce

Enable Instanced Stereo in project settings
Enable Emulate Stereo in Editor Preferences
Restart project
Drop a Niagara Fluid into a level and save it.
Play Standalone Game (make sure emulatestereo is working, you should see two views next to each other)
Verify that the Fluid is visible in both eyes.
