Cannot click the create new project button on a monitor with 1366 x 768 resolution

If a user has a 1366 by 768 monitor resolution and uses the File > Create New project option, then the user will not be able to click the green button at the bottom of the window that actually allows them to create the new project. The button will be blocked by the task bar.

1. Open Editor (on monitor with task bar)
2. Set the screen resolution to 1366 by 768 (on monitor with task bar)
3. Try and open a new project via File > Open New project
4. Notice that the create project button (the green one) is under the task bar and that the top of the window is off screen

Expected: The Window would scale with the screen resolution
Result: The Window does not fit the resolution of the screen
