VR | Collaborative Viewer Template | VR and Non-VR Keyboard toggle doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make sure system is configured for VR development
  2. Create a new Collaborative Viewer Template
  3. Click VR Preview
  4.  Press Keyboard key "P"
  5. Press keyboard key "P" again

Results: VR is not being toggled on/off

Expected: VR is being toggled on/off
