The collision for a spline mesh can be calculated incorrectly. The issue appears to be when Alpha is out of range when calculating the slice transforms at splice offsets.

Steps to Reproduce
  • Load the map SplineCollisionMesh,umap from the linked UDN case
  • Start a PIE session
  • Enable ShowCollision debug using the commands:
    • p.Chaos.DebugDraw.Enabled 1
    • p.Chaos.Solver.DebugDrawShapes 1
