User reports lag regardless of the Garbage Collection settings, EXCEPT: If the user changes settings to 3 then lag becomes more frequent (approximately every 3 seconds verses every 5 seconds.)

*Was able to reproduce here with the setting at 3. Anything 5 or above results in no lag on our MacBook Pro.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a MacBook Pro, download project here (about 50MB): [Link Removed]
2. Open project
3. Navigate to Unreal Editor/Edit/Project Settings/Engine/Garbage Collection
4. Set Time Between Purging Pending Pending Kill Objects to: 3
5. Play in Editor
NOTE: User reports and we have reproduced here a lag every 3 seconds. If increased, we do not experience a lag here, but user reports lag regardless of the settings.
