Steps to Reproduce
  1. Set up Oculus Quest for hand tracking on Windows (enable developer options in the Oculus Runtime)
  2. Make sure Oculus Quest is setup to automatically switch between hand tracking and controllers (system menu)
  3. Download attached repro project from description (VR Template w. some debugging added)
  4. Launch VR Preview
  5. Switch between using hands and controllers

Results: MotionControllerData Valid only returns true when hand tracking is used, and Device Visual Type always returns "Hand"

Expected: MotionControllerData Valid should always return true when either controllers or hand tracking is used, and Device Visual Type should return "Hand" when hand tracking is used, and "Controller" when controllers are used
