Control Rig Tracks are not visible in Sequencer when the Name and Display Name are not set to the same value in the Control Rig graph, and the track filter is set to "Selected Control Rig Controls".
If you open NewControlRigBlueprint and look at the "Spawn Transform Control" node on the top it has only the "Name" input.
"Spawn Transform Control" node on the bottom has "Name" and "Display Name" inputs, and their names are different.
If you set "Name" and "Display Name" to the same value, the tracks will be visible when selected and the track filter is set to "Selected Control Rig Controls".
1. Download the Licensee's test project and open (see addl info URL)
2. Open Level Sequence /Game/Issues/CRDisplayName/NewLevelSequence
3 Inside "NewControlRigBlueprint", select the "Good" track
4. Click on Add a track filter > enable checkbox "Selected Control Rig Controls"
5. Observe that the selected track and its parents are visible
6. Disable "Selected Control Rig Controls" track filter
7. Select the "I_break_things" track
8. Enable "Selected Control Rig Controls" track filter
9. Observe that no tracks appears in Sequencer
