Edit-> Project Settings -> Collision -> Presets Has No Scroll Bar

If you open a project and immediately go to Edit-> Project Settings -> Collision and expand the Presets dropdown, no scroll bar will appear. This prevents you from being able to see all of the options available.

However, if you then maximize the page, the scroll bar will appear and it will function like normal.

Occurs in 4.9.1 binary, 4.8.3, and Main CL 2709313.

Do not move/expand the Project Settings window before testing
1. Open the editor
2. Open any project
3. Go to Edit->Project Settings
4. Under the Engine section, click Collision
5. Expand the Preset tab

Result: No scroll bar appears, cutting off some of the options.

Expected: Scroll bar would appear and allow you to view all of the options.
