Lock Viewport to Camera Cuts of CameraCutTrack stopped working from version 5.4 during PIE's simulation. This is a regression from 5.3 behavior where the lock remains when simulating.
Locking to individual Cameras still works as expected.
Swap Step 3 and 4 causes the same unexpected result.
(Note: The repro project is attached to this ticket. Open a level sequencer from a placed level sequence actor then follow step 3 and 4.)
