Packaged projects on 5.4.2 (DebugGame) crash immediately on startup when it is opened through the command line using the global logging very-verbose argument.
1. Open a blank project in 5.4.2.
2. Make a packaged build in DebugGame configuration.
3. Use the terminal/powershell to run the .exe with the command -logcmds="global veryverbose"
4. The build should crash before starting up.
